Welcome, Halloween friends! It's that time of year again. I know I haven't been very consistent with the Happy Page this year, but we WILL have 31 Halloween videos! Assuming YouTube doesn't take any of them down mid-list, anyway - that's how we lost A Cowboy Explains Halloween. Of course, I can't promise that the 31 will be SFW, because horror usually...isn't. And don't forget to check the TV for randomly appearing channels!
